Plan a meeting across time zones

Add the cities your team is in and see them lined up on a single 24-hour timeline, each row showing that city's local hours with its working hours (9–5 by default, adjustable) highlighted in green. The columns where every city is green are the fair overlap — the times nobody has to take a call at midnight. Drag the hour marker to read the exact local time in every city at once. Everything is computed in your browser with the built-in time-zone database — nothing is uploaded.

Common questions

How do I read the timeline?

Each row is one city's 24-hour day in its own local time. Green blocks are that city's working hours; grey is outside them. A column where every row is green is a time that falls within working hours for everyone — the fair overlap for a meeting.

Can I change the working hours?

Yes. The default is 9:00–17:00, but you can set the start and end hours that count as “working”. The green blocks and the overlap update immediately, so you can model a team that starts early or works late.

How many cities can I compare?

From two up to five at once, which covers most distributed teams. Add a city from the list of time zones; remove any row you no longer need.

Does it handle daylight saving time?

Yes. Each city's offset is computed for the selected date using the browser's time-zone database, so daylight-saving shifts are reflected correctly rather than using a fixed offset.

Is anything uploaded?

No. The overlap is calculated entirely in your browser using the Intl time-zone APIs. The cities and date you choose never leave your device.
