Generate a PDF invoice, privately
Fill in your business and client details, add line items with quantities and rates, set a tax rate, and optionally drop in your logo — then download a crisp PDF invoice or receipt. Totals, tax, and the balance due are calculated as you type. Your sender profile is saved in your browser's localStorage so you do not retype it next time, and because everything happens on your device, client names, amounts, and your logo are never uploaded to any server.
Common questions
Is my client and business data private?
Yes. The invoice is built entirely in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Your sender profile (business name, address, logo) is stored only in this browser's localStorage so it is remembered next visit; client details and line items live only in the page while you work.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG logo and it is embedded at the top of the invoice. The image is read locally and drawn into the PDF on your device — it is never sent anywhere.
Does it calculate tax and totals?
Yes. Enter a quantity and unit price per line and the line totals, subtotal, tax (at the rate you set), and grand total are computed automatically as you type. You can also add a discount and a deposit/amount paid to show the balance due.
Can I use it for receipts too?
Yes. Switch the document title to “Receipt”, mark it paid, and it works as a receipt. The same form handles quotes and estimates if you relabel the title.
Is there a watermark or fee?
No. The PDF is clean with no UsefulTab branding or watermark, there is no signup, and there is no limit on how many invoices you create.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The PDF is generated in your browser with a local library. Your data and logo never leave your device, so it works offline once the page has loaded.
